2. Limited Edition Products

All ROKA CAPS products are produced in limited quantities and are subject to availability.

Once a product is sold out, it may not be restocked. Availability does not guarantee future releases of the same model, color, or edition.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. ROKA Store reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with European Union consumer protection law, customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be:

Unused
In original condition
In original packaging

Certain limited or personalized editions may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where legally permitted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

5. Returns & Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

ROKA Store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method and within the timeframes required by law.

All content on this website — including logos, designs, images, texts, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of ROKA CAPS.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Such changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
