1. When will ROKASTORE products be available?

We are preparing our first release with maximum care. Our Signature Burgundy Gold cap will be the first. Subscribe via “Notify me when available” to be among the first to know.

2. Where are your products made?

Our pieces are designed in Europe and produced with trusted partners selected for precision, durability, and refined craftsmanship.

3. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship internationally, with priority to Europe. Delivery terms, costs, and duties are clearly displayed at checkout depending on your destination.

4. What materials are used in ROKA CAPS?

We use premium cotton twill and carefully selected metal components to ensure long-lasting durability and comfort.

5. Are ROKA CAPS limited editions?

Yes. Each color is part of a numbered limited edition. Once sold out, it will not be reproduced again.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment in real time.

7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items returned in their original packaging.

8. Will I pay customs duties or taxes?

For destinations within our DDP network, duties and taxes are included at checkout. For other destinations, local import charges may apply.

9. What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you promptly and work directly with the carrier.
